The Body Resists Before It Heals
Dear Jesus
Growth is uncomfortable. But not just in the sense of a life transition; I am talking about internal bodily growth: our bodies, our brain function when we get signals that something is off. You seek answers, get the help you need. We get side effects, and that triggers our bodies for a little while until they get used to the new medication. But in the meantime, our anxiety is on edge. We want to quit. We feel as if it's killing us, as if it's forever, but it's just a little while.
Until your body adjusts, the same goes for supplements. Let's say you're on a healing journey, not a weight-loss journey, but one that will restore your metabolic health. You see, PCOS is a metabolic condition, and it requires so many new adjustments, not just food, but also supplements, movements.
Several things, but when your body is not used to it. You're switching things up at first; your body will get triggered. You will feel stress/anxiety coming from your gut due to the changes. That's okay, it will take time to heal, but to heal, you must put in the work. Your body will resist at first. Still, it will be rewarding in the end. Lean on your father, seek him more, ask him to help you walk this journey. Pray to him; he is with you, and he has placed the right doctor, or holistic ones, in your path to help you.
Trust in the Lord for his timing is always right. You are enough; you are brave, and he didnt give you a condition. You can't undo or handle. He gives us the trials he knows will grow us. Help us, and he knows we can handle them. Amen, it's okay to cry if you need to, it's okay, you can cry, you can feel you got this.
